Donaghy Home

Donaghy Home:

Built on the outskirts of Livingston, this house overlooks the Crazy Mountains with large windows, vaulted walls, and a great use of space. To create these large rooms and still be structurally sound there was an abundance of steel and heavy beams. Overall, a great house to build, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, great clients, and a jobsite to ourselves for a couple months.

Getting started on this massive basement. Making sure all the walls are nice and level to account for any dips in the concrete.

Basement walls are almost ready for trusses. Second floor about to go up.

Each guest room had their own unique pitch and features. Definitely a nice touch.

So many beautiful days out here. Stunning views.

Main floor is going up! This room had tall vaulted ceilings and large spans with decks and large windows on each side of the house to admire the view.

Exposed steel beams for the deck going in soon and some more rafters to frame up.

Nearing completion. This house has great curb appeal with the majority of the house at ground level and the large portico and main floor roof not dominating but complimenting the sky and mountains.

Douglas Dwelling

Douglas Dwelling:

A beautiful house up Triple Tree, this house is all about stunning views, clear lines, and lofty ceilings.

Just about every night had a sunset like this.

A cold morning with crisp air and lots of concrete to cover up.

Walls starting to go up, notice the large floor to ceiling windows.

This room is going to be beautiful. 20' tall, 45 degree vaulted ceilings with a large fireplace in the center of the wall with large windows to catch those sunsets.
